Through counseling we can help individuals work through anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief, and self-confidence by identifying core values, setting boundaries, and developing a progress plan that helps each client move towards their goals.
Couples and Family Therapy
Couples and families are encouraged to learn how to actively listen, effectively express their boundaries, and to identify their feelings. Through therapy couples and families are equipped with strategies to enhance their coping and communication practices, address trauma bonds, codependency, and intimacy concerns in a nonjudgmental environment. All parties involved have a voice that deserves to be heard.
Teletherapy
Telehealth allows counseling to take place no matter where you are and from the comfort of wherever you want to be. We ensure to deliver the same quality of care and effectiveness as if in person. We encourage you to do what is best for you.
